A Note about Shipping and Delivery Estimates

We use a handful of delivery partners (including USPS and UPS) to deliver our products. We have been working with our carriers to plan for the expected surge in shipping volume this holiday season, but delays are still expected. While we do our best to provide our best estimated delivery date to you, high shipping volume may result in delays to those estimates. Most packages will deliver within 1 to 2 days of the estimated delivery date.

We are seeing longer delays in the USPS network, due to the surge in holiday shipping, COVID-19, and changes to the USPS system.

We greatly appreciate your patience as we work through this unusual situation.

 

Shipping methods offered:

  • All US orders are usually shipped within 48 hours using US Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. 
  • All US orders of $75 or more qualify for FREE ground shipping. Other shipping options may have additional costs.
  • UPS Signature Required fee or USPS insurance fee may apply. 
  • Please inform the Customer Service Representative of your special shipping needs.

For delivery outside continental US:

  • Standard shipping is with US Postal Service (USPS).
  • International orders will include actual Priority Mail International or First Class International shipping fees. Customer is responsible for any brokerage fees or import tax assessed for any international package. 
  • AK and HI customers may contact us for UPS options and availability in their area.

Exceptions:

  • BioActive Nutrients is not responsible for any lost packages or fees incurred by packages that are incorrectly addressed due to customer error.
  • BioActive Nutrients reserves the right to choose the shipping method when free shipping applies.
  • The following must be shipped with UPS or FedEx: Pionair units/lamps and Aclare units.
  • Continental US shipping charges based on order amount (in US dollars)

 

Return Policy


Your satisfaction is our number one concern and we want you to feel confident with your purchase. We will cheerfully work with you to keep you a happy, healthy customer. Your satisfaction is our best advertising.

Return Procedure

BioActive Nutrients offers a refund for unused/unopened bottles returned within 30 days of original invoice date. Some returns will only qualify in store credit. 

* Please call customer service within 30 days at 800.879.6504 to obtain a return authorization. Always store bottles properly in a cool, dark, dry place and inspect all bottles upon receipt.

*NOTE: Refund is for the cost of the merchandise returned, initial shipping charges are not reimbursed. Returns may be refused on an individual basis due to repeated patterns indicative of abuse. Special orders are not eligible for return.

Return Instructions

Please pack the merchandise securely in the original package, if possible. As all returns must be received in original shipping condition, please do not wrap returning bottles in newspaper.

Include your return authorization number and billing name/address on the outside of the package you are returning. All return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
