Shamrock Protein Smoothie

Servings: 1 serving
Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed ice
- 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
- 1 handful baby spinach leaves
- 1 scoop Vanilla Grass-Fed Whey Protein
- 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract or add more to taste
- pinch salt
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender and purée until smooth. Garnish with any toppings, if desired
