Who doesn’t experience at least a little anxiety when it comes to collecting receipts, firing up the calculator, and filling out what may sometimes seem like endless forms?

Being able to recognize common stress symptoms can give you a jump on managing them. Stress that’s left unchecked can contribute to many health problems.
Here’s 5 helpful tips to help you better manage your stress:
- Make sleep a priority. Without getting the proper rest is will be even harder to retain information. 7-9 hours every night is optimal.
- Fit exercise in everyday. A healthy body = a healthy mind. Get 30 minutes of activity daily.
- Hydrate. Always bring a water bottle with you where you go. Hydration is vital to feeling great and energized all day.
- Use a planner.Map out your week. Having a central place to write down all your commitments will help you stay organized.
- Laughter.This one may seem silly, but laughter is truly the best medicine.
